Ad Bumpers on Nick and Nick Jr. Playtime

As sites catering to kids, Nick and Nick Jr. Playtime have additional, more stringent requirements concerning advertising. Young children must be informed when they click on an ad and are redirected to advertising content - even if they never leave the site. We display a 10-second "Bumper" (see sample images below) to explain to kids that they are seeing advertising. The Bumper will appear on browsers with pop-up blockers.

To trigger the Bumper when Nickelodeon is unable to set the clickTag of an ad, some code must be prepended to the click-thru link.

Universal Bumper for Nick and Spongebob ads, please use this(click the link to preview the bumper):
http://www.nick.com/common/bumpers/bumperFrameset.jhtml?wBumper=sponsor&advertiser=

For Nick Jr. Playtime ads, use(click the link to preview the bumper):

For iCarly ads, use(click the link to preview the bumper):

Before appending to the end of either of the above, the developer must properly encode the click-thru URL.

For instance:
http://www.advertiser.com

would look like this:
http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Eadvertiser%2Ecom

Once encoded, the click-thru URL is appended to the Bumper like so:
http://www.nick.com/common/bumpers/bumperFrameset.jhtml?wBumper=sponsor&advertiser=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Enick%2Ecom
